Layla Zahedi serves as Vice President of Operations and Practice Development, partnering closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support the practice's growth, efficiency, and overall patient experience. With extensive experience supporting multi-location healthcare practices, Layla plays a central role in coordinating operations, enhancing patient flow, and helping create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Her work helps ensure that each visit is seamless, from scheduling through follow-up, while supporting the providers and staff behind the scenes.

Her background in operational leadership, systems management, and practice development has shaped her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to team collaboration and organizational growth. She is passionate about building supportive infrastructures that help the practice maintain its personalized, patient-centered culture while continuing to evolve and expand.

Outside of work, Layla enjoys caring for and spending time with her family. She loves traveling and learning about different cultures, playing guitar and singing, and spending time with her Cavapoo, Luna.
