Dr. Gupta opened the practice in 2001 with two lasers. Today it has grown into a center with 25 cutting-edge technologies under one roof, from injectables and advanced lasers to body contouring and cosmetic surgery, each chosen because the evidence supports it.
What has not changed is the philosophy: every patient deserves an individualized plan. We take the time to understand your concerns, educate you about your options, and design treatment that enhances your natural beauty. The best results never look artificial. Founded by Harvard-trained dermatologist Dr. Shalini Gupta, the practice still builds every treatment plan around each patient’s own goals.
Dr. Gupta graduated from Miami University in two years with a 4.0 GPA and received her MD from Harvard Medical School in 1996 with honors. She completed an internship at Brown University in a combined plastic and general surgery program, completed a photomedicine fellowship at NYU, and finished her dermatology training at the University of Washington before returning home to Cincinnati.
A recognized thought leader in cosmetic dermatology, she has spoken, educated, and trained other physicians on aesthetic procedures, and her study of anti-aging and Ayurvedic medicine shaped the thoughtful, comprehensive approach the practice follows today.
Our Team
Seven people, one standard of care. Treatment plans are directed by our medical director, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Balvant Arora, delivered alongside board-certified nurse practitioners Lauren Barnhill and Sarah Lockwood, and the team around them keeps every visit personal, from your first call to your follow-up.

The practice houses board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Balvant Arora, our medical director, and an experienced clinical team, so everything from a fifteen-minute Botox visit to surgery happens under one roof.
Patients visit us from Montgomery, Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Indian Hill, Hyde Park, Anderson Township, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton. Schedule over the phone or book online, and we will take it from there.
