Fire & Ice Body Sculpting
Fat cells die at both temperature extremes, so why choose one? Fire & Ice is our signature combination approach: cold-based and heat-based technologies sequenced into a single plan, permanently destroying fat while tightening skin. Because we house every major proven device under one roof, the sequence is built around your body without relying on just one technology.
What is Fire & IceBody Sculpting?
Fat cells are fragile at both ends of the thermometer. Freeze them and they crystallize and die; heat them past a threshold and they die just the same. The proven noninvasive technologies we combine here work at one extreme or the other, and each has areas and body types where it shines. Fire & Ice stops treating that as an either-or choice.
A typical plan starts with ice: one or two CoolSculpting sessions to debulk the area. Then comes fire, with Vanquish ME, SculpSure, or Exilis Ultra taking the result further while their heat tightens the skin over the newly slimmer contour. The exact devices and their order are customized to you; sometimes the sequence runs the other way entirely.
This is only possible because our practice keeps all of the proven fat-reducing and skin-tightening technologies in one place. Rather than fitting your body to a single machine, we build the combination that fits your body.
Whatto expect.
Book a consultationA Fire & Ice plan is priced by the devices and number of sessions it combines, so the quote is built with your plan at consultation.
Each visit runs on the schedule of the device being used that day. Your session-by-session timeline is mapped out at consultation.
Every technology in the plan is noninvasive. What to expect after each visit depends on the device used and is walked through as your plan is built.
Cold-based sessions debulk first, then heat-based sessions refine the contour and tighten skin. Fat cells destroyed at either extreme are gone permanently.
Frequently asked questions
What is Fire & Ice Body Sculpting?
It is our combination approach to non-surgical body contouring: cold-based and heat-based fat reduction technologies sequenced into one customized plan, so you get the optimal fat reduction and skin tightening available from noninvasive devices.
Why combine hot and cold treatments?
Fat cells are permanently destroyed at both temperature extremes, and each technology has strengths. Combining them typically lets cold debulk a larger area first, then heat refine the result while tightening the skin over it.
Which devices are used?
A common protocol begins with one or two CoolSculpting treatments to debulk, followed by Vanquish ME, SculpSure, or Exilis Ultra for further fat reduction plus skin tightening. The exact mix is chosen for your body and goals.
Is the sequence always cold first?
No. The sequencing is customized per patient; some plans lead with heat. What stays constant is matching the right device to the right stage of your plan.
Are the results permanent?
Yes. Whether frozen or heated, the destroyed fat cells are cleared by your body and do not come back. A stable weight preserves the result.
Is Fire & Ice surgical?
No. Every technology in the plan is noninvasive; there are no incisions, needles, or anesthesia involved.
Am I a candidate?
Candidacy follows the component treatments, and each device has its own criteria. At your consultation your provider reviews your health history and goals and tells you honestly whether a combination plan, a single device, or something else entirely fits best.
Why do this at your practice?
Because we house all of the major proven fat-reducing and skin-tightening devices in one place, we can build the combination around your body without relying on just one technology.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on which devices your plan combines and how many sessions it includes. You receive a personalized quote at your consultation.
