AccuTite

AccuTite is often referred to as the smallest and most precise radiofrequency device available for aesthetic treatment. Through a tiny entry point, a fine probe melts small pockets of fat and tightens the skin above them in a single session, making it the tool we reach for in delicate areas like the eyelids, jowls, and neck where larger devices cannot go.

What isAccuTite?

AccuTite uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis, the same technology behind FaceTite and BodyTite, scaled down for small, delicate areas. The handpiece fits in the palm of the hand and the probe is finer than an IV needle, which is what lets it work safely around the eyes, along the jawline, and under the chin.

During treatment, the probe is placed just beneath the skin under local anesthesia. Controlled radiofrequency energy gently melts unwanted fat, which your body clears away, while heating the deeper layers of skin. That heat contracts the skin immediately and triggers new collagen, so the tightening you see on day one keeps building for months afterward.

The whole procedure takes 30 to 60 minutes in our Montgomery Road office, and most patients are back to normal activities within a few days. It is a one-session answer for people bothered by a small area who are not ready for surgery and who want a correction that creams alone cannot make.

Who is AccuTite for?

AccuTite is for people bothered by a small, specific area that surgery would be too much for.

The honest answer comes from a consultation. Your provider looks at the area that bothers you, assesses your skin, and tells you whether AccuTite, a different device, or a surgical option will actually deliver the change you want.

You have mild to moderate skin laxity

Early jowling, crepey eyelids, or a softening jawline respond well. Significant sagging may call for a lift instead.

Your concern is a small area

AccuTite exists precisely for the spots too small or delicate for other devices: eyelids, jowls, nasolabial folds, the neck.

A localized fat pocket is part of the problem

Under-eye bags, a soft spot under the chin, bra-line fat. AccuTite melts the fat and tightens the skin over it in one pass.

You prefer a minimally invasive option

One tiny entry point, local anesthesia, no general anesthesia, no stitches to remove.

You are not ready for surgery

AccuTite is not a facelift replacement, but for mild to moderate concerns it gives noticeable improvement with less downtime than surgery.

Where AccuTiteworks

AccuTite was designed for the areas everything else is too big for. Around the eyes and along the jawline it can safely treat delicate areas that larger devices are not suited to, and the same precision carries to small body areas such as bra-line fat, the knees, and the backs of the hands.

Performed in our office under local anesthesia. Time depends on the area; you go home right after.

Mild swelling, bruising, or tenderness is normal and settles within days. Most patients return to normal activities shortly after treatment.

Some tightening shows right away; the full result develops over three to six months as collagen rebuilds, and it is long-lasting.

Frequently asked questions

What is AccuTite?

AccuTite is a minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment that melts small fat pockets and tightens skin in one session. It is often referred to as the smallest and most precise device in the FaceTite and BodyTite family, built for delicate areas like the eyelids, jowls, and neck.

Is AccuTite painful?

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so you feel pressure rather than pain. Mild soreness afterward is normal and resolves within a few days.

How long does the procedure take?

Typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the area, performed right in our office. You go home the same day.

How much downtime should I plan for?

Very little. Expect mild swelling and possibly some bruising for a few days, with a return to normal activities shortly after treatment.

When will I see results?

Some tightening is often visible shortly after treatment. The result keeps improving over several weeks and reaches its full effect within three to six months as new collagen forms.

How long do results last?

Results are long-lasting, typically holding for several years depending on your age, skin quality, and lifestyle. Significant weight gain can change the result.

What areas can AccuTite treat?

The upper and lower eyelids, under-eye bags, crow's feet, brow, nasolabial folds, jowls, jawline, and neck, plus small body areas such as bra-line fat, the knees, and the backs of the hands.

How is AccuTite different from FaceTite?

They use the same radiofrequency technology. AccuTite is the smaller, finer version, made for precise work in small, delicate areas that FaceTite's larger probe is not designed for, especially around the eyes.

Is AccuTite better than surgery?

It is not a replacement for surgery. For mild to moderate laxity and small fat pockets it is a genuine alternative with far less downtime; for significant sagging, we will tell you honestly if a surgical lift is the better answer.

Does AccuTite tighten skin or just remove fat?

Both, and that is the point. The radiofrequency energy melts the fat pocket while heating the skin above it, causing immediate contraction and months of collagen-driven tightening afterward.
