EMFACE Eyes
EMFACE Eyes treats the delicate zone around the eyes without needles or broken skin. HIFES energy strengthens the muscles that support the eyes while synchronized radiofrequency rebuilds collagen, softening under-eye bags, crow's feet, dark circles, and festoons. Twenty-minute sessions, no downtime, and we are among the first in Cincinnati to offer it.
What isEMFACE Eyes?
EMFACE Eyes is the newest applicator line from BTL Aesthetics, the makers of EMFACE and Emsculpt NEO, built specifically for the periorbital area. It brings the same two energies to the most delicate zone of the face: HIFES, high intensity facial electrical stimulation, retrains and strengthens the muscles that support the eyes, while synchronized radiofrequency gently warms the dermis to trigger new collagen and elastin.
That dual mechanism is what sets it apart. Neurotoxins soften crow's feet by freezing muscle; EMFACE Eyes strengthens it instead, so your natural expression stays. The muscle toning and improved circulation help drain the fluid behind under-eye bags and puffiness, the collagen response tightens lax skin and softens fine lines, and better blood flow brightens dark circles. It even improves festoons and malar bags, which have historically been hard to treat without surgery.
Sessions take about 20 minutes and feel like warmth with rhythmic contractions, tolerable enough that many patients find them relaxing. There is no anesthesia, no redness, swelling, or bruising, and makeup goes right back on. The FDA-cleared, clinically studied series is four sessions spaced about a week apart.
Who is EMFACE Eyes for?
EMFACE Eyes is for people who want a brighter, more lifted eye area without surgery, fillers, or a single needle.
EMFACE Eyes is not for everyone: metal implants in the face, certain neurological conditions, or an active skin infection in the area rule it out, and severe laxity or heavily drooping lids may still call for surgery. Your provider gives you an honest read at your consultation.
Early to moderate signs of aging
Mild to moderate under-eye bags, sagging, festoons, or dark circles respond best.
You want natural-looking results
Because the muscles are strengthened rather than frozen, your expression stays yours.
You are not ready for eyelid surgery
For mild to moderate sagging or under-eye bags it can delay or eliminate the need for surgery.
Needles are a dealbreaker
The treatment never breaks the skin, so there is no bruising and nothing to hide afterward.
You are maintaining previous work
It pairs well with prior cosmetic treatments and keeps results going between them.

Four sessions of about 20 minutes each, spaced about a week apart. Lunch-break friendly, with no anesthesia.
No redness, swelling, or bruising. Makeup and normal activities resume immediately after each session.
Some patients notice lift right away; full results develop 30 to 90 days after the final session as collagen and muscle rebuild, and typically last 6 to 12 months or longer with maintenance.
Frequently asked questions
How soon will I see results?
Some patients notice a lift after the first session. The full benefit arrives after all four sessions and keeps improving over the following months as collagen and muscle rebuild.
Does EMFACE Eyes hurt?
No. It feels like a warming, tapping sensation with rhythmic muscle contractions, and no anesthesia or numbing is needed.
How long is a session?
About 20 minutes, easily done over a lunch break.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
Yes, immediately. There are no restrictions after a session.
Are the results permanent?
Results are long lasting, typically 6 to 12 months or more, but natural aging continues. A maintenance session every 6 to 12 months extends them.
Can it replace eyelid surgery?
For mild to moderate sagging or bags it can delay or eliminate the need for surgery. Severe laxity or heavily drooping lids may still be best served surgically, and we will tell you honestly which camp you are in.
How is it different from Botox?
Botox relaxes muscle to soften lines. EMFACE Eyes stimulates and strengthens the muscles instead, so the eye area lifts while your natural expression is preserved.
How is it different from filler under the eyes?
Filler adds volume to camouflage hollowing. EMFACE Eyes rebuilds the area's own support, toning muscle and regenerating collagen, without needles or the risks of injecting the tear trough.
Who should avoid EMFACE Eyes?
People with metal implants in the face, certain neurological conditions, or an active skin infection in the treatment area.
Can it be combined with other eye treatments?
Yes. It works well alongside medical-grade eye creams, PRP, microneedling, and light-based therapies, and it can be packaged with full-face EMFACE.
